Graham McCabe is the Founder of STEP Advisory, a consulting firm providing sensible, timely, effective, and practical advice on sustainable transport and engineering projects. He has advised governments and major private organisations on electric vehicle transition, including detailed national and local forecasting models for EV adoption.

Graham brings 30 years of experience across government and the private sector. He also serves as the NSW Branch President of the Transport Professionals Association, combining leadership, industry insight, and technical expertise to support the future of sustainable mobility.
