David Hamilton is an independent EV charging consultant with GHIC, specialising in developing strategic frameworks for retrofitting EV infrastructure in strata buildings. He has advised around 100 Owners Corporations in Victoria and managed more than 25 full retrofit projects, including Australia’s largest.

David works closely with residential and commercial clients to implement scalable charging solutions that meet technical, legal, and financial requirements. His background in regulation and investment banking underpins his expertise in navigating the complex commercial frameworks of strata energy projects.
