Clara Owen is the Asset Management Service Lead at Arcadis, bringing over 25 years’ experience across transport, energy, and the built environment. She works across the full asset lifecycle, helping owners embed strategic asset management from design to operation for long-term sustainability and efficiency.

Clara leads Arcadis’ asset management offering across Australia, building a team that applies data-driven, whole-of-life thinking. She also serves on the IAM Value & Benefits committee, supporting industry-wide best practice in asset management.
